Preparation for Khukuri Rum or local rum or ark: 
not sure. But if i have to believe the old man who was drying these wheat told me
as per his recipe- 
First Boil the Wheat then crush it and dry it in Sun for few days and again soak it in water for few days and ferment it and extract the juice and TaDa... the rum is ready.

Kumari Ghar - the architecture of it is amazing but you pray the girl who is now the Kumari (the human god child) dosn't come out and give you a darshan - as you would like to rescue her and teach her live a normal life.
